I am running the Charity class, for anyone and everyone (gents included) on Thursday mornings in March & April. Fridays for the 23rd and 30th April )
A Fun Fitness / Pilates / Stretch class, for an hour through Zoom.
All payments, £5 a class and any donations, will be paid directly to Mission EmployAble.
_We have a lot of Fun on the day and it helps us to __Stay Safe, Get Fit, and Keep Connected…___
