When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) through MatterPay, your name, address, email, contact number and any additional information that you have supplied will be stored in our ticket order database. This Information can be accessed only by the Event Organiser from which you purchased your tickets, in order to carry out their business, and by us in order to provide support for Event Organisers and Customers. The Event Organiser from which you purchase tickets is the Data controller for the information collected. MatterPay stores and processes this data to enable Event Organisers to provide their services and to send marketing material to you (if you opt-in).Log Data

We may share your information with trusted companies who process Personal Information for MatterPay, exclusively for the purposes of enabling our services to function. We will not share your information for any purpose other than as necessary to operate our products and services.
