Rick Stein is back with a new book, "Secret France" in which he takes a nostalgic look back at the place where his love of food began. The book, and accompanying BBC TV series, asks if he is wistfully looking back at early food memories or whether they are just as good today. He also looks at the exciting new things the new generation of French chefs in the true heart of the country are doing with these old traditions. Hear him talk about real French cuisine.
