This month's guest chef Shally Bhalla from Spice for Life Cooking School, will be cooking for Mission EmployAble.

'This unique Cooking In Together night is a fresh take on dining out. My specialities include Indian and Middle Eastern food, and offers the Indian food experience in your own kitchen. With the knowledge that I will be cooking a traditional recipe handed down over 3 generations.

Spice for Life is the perfect company to have fun with food, learn tips and tricks from experts and to gain confidence in cooking authentic Indian food, says Shally.'

Tonight we will cook a delicious vegetarian curry, Potato & Pea Masala & Raita. A dish you can adapt with ingredients in your cupboards over and over again.

Once you have purchased your ticket we will send you the ingredient list which will need to be prepared ready for the 4.50 pm Zoom Start.
