Learn FITSTEPS and a few "Strictly” moves with a qualified instructor on Zoom.Your zoom link will be sent to you separately.The link will open at 9.50am for you to be ready by 9.59am. The class will then start at 10am and finish at 11am.

The Northwood Area Women’s Club (NAWC) raises funds through various club events and activities for the benefit of a local charity. For 2021/22 their chosen charity is Mission EmployAble.

For several years one of the most popular activities with members of NAWC has been Dancercise. If you have never heard of this activity, which is also known as FITSTEPS, it is a mixture of Ballroom and Latin dance steps combined with exercises and all set to popular music. It’s great fun and gets your feet tapping and your heart pumping with amazing Instructor Suzanne Newbert.

Suzanne, who is a former UK Ballroom and Latin Dance Champion, has very generously volunteered to give her time for an extra Zoom session in order to raise funds for Mission EmployAble. This one-off session is open for anyone to try out in the privacy of their own homes!

The ticket price is £5 and entitles you to one Zoom link.

All are welcome. You don’t need a partner, although, if you’ve got the space why not participate with a friend or as a family? All you need are some comfy clothes and trainers. If you are already a FITSTEPS regular it’s an opportunity to learn a new dance. However, even if you have never done any dancing before, Suzanne will lead you through the steps. You never know, you may find that you have hidden “Strictly” talents and decide to enrol for further sessions.
